A modern villa designed for a warm family.
This villa was designed and built in 2021, and combines the architect’s passion for innovation and sleek lines with nostalgia of the past. The brief from the family - the owners - for this villa was to create a sleek house that radiates warmth yet has many balanced and minimalistic principles.
Many natural and bold materials were used in this villa. The character and the ambiance these materials create fits the client’s wishes like a tailored garment. The combination of traditional craftsmanship with a modern contemporary character became the reason why the architects opted for Jolie architectural hardware throughout the villa.
The family wanted a spacious home - with light colours and refined natural materials - perfectly suited for family life. The architect created a cosy interior design using Jolie’s Aged Bronze finish in all rooms and spaces in this residence.
To further emphasise the warm ambiance, atmosphere, and character of the villa, the architects selected the unity of the sleek Essence (design by Jolie) cabinet handle collection and the Anvil (design by Roel Vandebeek) door and window hardware.
